  • Up to 90° included angle reduction
  • Combination of forms
  • Multiple reductions
  • Gudgeon type welded assemblies
    (Not recommended as cost effective unless forged, transition form is intolerable.)

Custom Roll Forms

In addition to PTS roll products and high speed tubular shafting per PTS bulletin #102, a variety of custom cold and hot forms are available to suit a variety of applications.

A variety of cold forms are available in custom designed tooling from 1/2" diameter to 12" diameter, in addition to hot forming to 15" diameter x 2" wall thickness as well as custom forged solid rounds to 8" diameter.
